Your Data

What this app does not collect

This application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to any server operated by the developer. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts beyond the hosting platform's standard operation. It does not require account creation or any personal identifiers. There is no backend infrastructure or database.

What stays in your browser

All data you enter (project details, assessments, workflows, API keys) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data remains on your device only, is not transmitted to any server controlled by the developer, and can be cleared at any time using your browser's standard data clearing functions. It may be lost if you clear your browser data, use private/incognito mode, or switch browsers or devices.

Claude API integration

If you choose to provide your own Claude (Anthropic) API key:

• The key is stored only in your browser's localStorage.
• API requests go directly from your browser to Anthropic's servers.
• The developer never sees, stores, or has access to your API key or the content of your requests.
• You are subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Usage charges apply to your own Anthropic account based on your API usage.

Do not use this tool on shared or public computers if you enter API credentials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of this tool. This includes but is not limited to business decisions made based on tool outputs, data loss from browser storage, costs incurred from API usage, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Under Australian Consumer Law, consumer guarantees cannot be excluded for consumers. If you are a consumer as defined by the ACL, you may have rights that cannot be excluded. However, this tool is provided free of charge as a portfolio project, and to the extent permitted by law, the developer's liability is limited to re-supplying the tool.
